**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide customer service, identifying customer needs and offering all necessary information about available products and their proper use, applying the sales methodology to ensure excellence and customer enchantment;
* Register customers to expand the company’s database and strengthen relationships with registered users;
* Process sales payments according to accepted payment methods;
* Package and deliver products to customers;
* Stay informed about company promotions, events, and cultural contests to relay this information to customers;
* Attend all in-person or platform-based training sessions directed by the company;
* Operate across omnichannel sales platforms using current company tools and follow service scripts through to sale completion;
* Monitor sales indicators such as TM, PA, Conversion Rate, NPS, and others;
* Actively engage on social media—creating content, monitoring posts, and gaining followers;
* Maintain store cleanliness, organized sections, fully stocked shelves, and correct pricing;
* Restock sales floor items from inventory based on restocking reports, aiming to improve product turnover and drive sales results.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Availability to work on weekends
