**JOB OPENING: Professional Qualification Instructor (Nova Iguaçu)** **Position:** Professional Qualification Instructor **Location:** Nova Iguaçu – RJ **Employment Type:** CLT **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in service sales / telemarketing * Completed undergraduate degree in Education, Communication, or Business Administration. * Minimum age: 30 years **Responsibilities:** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes to apprentices, aligned with the course curriculum. * Plan and organize pedagogical activities aimed at apprentices’ professional and behavioral development. * Monitor apprentices’ performance, attendance, and participation throughout the training period. * Administer assessments, interactive learning activities, and exercises. * Guide apprentices on professional conduct, ethics, communication, and behavior in the corporate environment. * Prepare progress reports and documentation of activities conducted. * Clarify doubts and provide support to apprentices during the learning process. * Promote inclusion initiatives, motivation, and socioemotional development of participants. * Attend pedagogical meetings and institutional alignment sessions. * Ensure compliance with the Apprenticeship Program’s regulations and guidelines, per current legislation. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.900,00 * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Permanent CLT Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary Range: R$1.900,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
