Planning and delivery of training using established methodology **Job Description:** CIEE Rio is seeking dynamic professionals with academic qualifications in fields related to the requirements listed below, who are interested in working with apprenticeship profiles and delivering capacity-building sessions for the labor market. Temporary Opportunity \- RPA (Autonomous Payment Receipt). Availability required to work on Tuesdays from 08:30 to 17:30. Workload: once per week on Tuesdays; one additional session every fifteen days on mutually agreed dates; total of 6 working days per month. Hourly/Class Fee. **Schedule:** Tuesday from 08:30 to 17:30. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for the behavioral and technical development of youth aged 14–24; planning of training sessions in accordance with the Program's methodology; facilitation of group dynamics to develop and/or identify behavioral and technical competencies of trainee cohorts; pedagogical and administrative management of assigned work groups; direct contact with companies for joint monitoring of apprentice development; recording of administrative information via digital documents: Technical Reports, Individual Performance Evaluation Reports, Incident Reports, Competency Assessments per apprentice, attendance registration, and cohort monitoring; communication with companies via telephone and email; support for apprentices and companies (in-person and by phone); monitoring of apprentice absences and tardiness, reporting such via email to respective companies. **Requirements:** Experience in education, classroom management, training and development, performance evaluation, and administrative routines is preferred. Completed undergraduate degree in: Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Work, Administration, History, Geography, Languages, or related fields; easy access to Vassouras.
