This person will serve as the Control Tower, ensuring the performance and compliance of these operations. Activities occur seven days per week, including holidays, and analysts follow a 3x2 shift schedule. The work environment is highly collaborative and dynamic, with a mindset focused on testing and experimenting with new ideas. The selected candidate must quickly adapt to ambiguous and challenging scenarios, delivering results at an accelerated pace.
