Maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical product knowledge * Conduct Barry Callebaut chocolate presentations and tastings for consumers; * Communicate product information, including origin, composition, sensory characteristics, and unique selling points; * Ensure proper product display and restocking at the point of sale; * Set up the tasting table, arranging promotional materials and samples in an attractive manner; * Collect consumer feedback and report relevant insights to the trade marketing team; * Deliver service with friendliness, proactivity, and in-depth technical product knowledge; * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations during all activities.
