We are seeking an Account Manager with Extreme Accountability and a Long-Term Vision to serve as the strategic focal point for our franchisee client networks. Your mission goes beyond *Customer Success*: you will ensure retention, excellence in project delivery, and act as the primary driver of upsell and cross-sell—accelerating recurring revenue (MRR) across our portfolio. **Your Responsibilities:** Strategic Portfolio Management The Account Manager bridges IMPULSO’s sales strategy with customer outcomes, managing projects and expanding account value (LTV). **Key Activities** * Portfolio Management: Be the *owner* of your portfolio’s results, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership longevity. * Project Execution and Auditing: Lead implementation and optimization of projects across franchise networks, conducting daily and weekly audits to guarantee IMPULSO’s methodology is executed with excellence (focusing on standardized processes and data-driven reporting). * Revenue Expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell): Identify and present new IMPULSO solutions and services that add value to customers, closing new sales within the existing base. * Strategic Alignment: Conduct follow-up meetings with franchisees, using data to present results and action plans—embodying the value of *Deciding with More Courage, Less Comfort*. * Retention and Engagement: Actively monitor account health (Health Score), proactively identifying and resolving *churn risks*, and leveraging the *Franchisee Voice* to maintain empathy and alignment with the customer’s reality. **Requirements and Cultural Fit** * Experience: Proven track record as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Consultant in B2B consulting/service firms. * Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data and generate reports to justify strategies and decisions. * Process Orientation: Ability to standardize processes, audit execution, and uphold the principle of *Doing the Simple Things Well*. * Cultural Fit: Alignment with the values of the IMPULSO CODE, especially *Relentless Focus on Results* and *Continuous Learning*. **What We Offer:** Development and Quality of Life At **IMPULSO**, we invest in people who aim to build a legacy and grow above market average. * Employment Model: PJ (Legal Entity) – Full exclusivity. * Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + commission based on account expansion (upsell). * Work Location: Barra Mansa (RJ). * Accelerated Career Path: Clear Individual Development Plan (IDP) and a defined trajectory toward Coordination/Leadership roles. * Quality of Life and Well-being: Access to WELLHUB (formerly GYMPASS), because we recognize that mental and physical health is essential for peak performance.
