"\- Assemble tubular and multidirectional scaffolds in accordance with NR-18; \- Sort and inspect materials prior to assembly, jointly with your supervisor; \- Prepare materials (planks, tubes, couplers, and clamps) for assembly according to the specifications provided by your supervisor; \- Isolate and signal the assembly and dismantling area; \- Assemble scaffolds using a ratchet wrench until the scaffold structure is fully completed; \- Dismantle tubes and clamps using a ratchet wrench; \- Collect and stack planks following established procedures, respecting the maximum allowable stacking quantity; \- Cut planks manually with a handsaw, only upon authorization from leadership; \- Adjust transoms and tubes; \- Perform maintenance on assembled scaffolds to revalidate access authorization; \- Store clamps in designated locations, maintaining proper labeling and component identification; \- Maintain company scaffold components responsibly, always placing them in the correct and pre-designated locations specified by leadership; \- Upon completion of assembly, conduct inspection and complete the safety checklist, then affix the “Scaffold Authorized for Use” sign; \- In case of alterations or modifications to the scaffold, immediately restrict access and display the “Scaffold Not Authorized for Use” sign."
