We would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor interactions in the Customer Relationship Management System for Prospects, Leads, and In-House Customers, performing periodic follow-ups to recover sales not closed during the initial interaction; * Increase conversion of interactions into sales; * Keep customers engaged throughout negotiations; * Provide potential customers with the perception of continuity in negotiations initiated via phone and virtual contact; * Continuously pursue recovery of non-converted interactions; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required; * Experience in customer service; * CRM system knowledge is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Roma Renault \- Nova Iguaçu/RJ** **Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Rotating Saturday shifts** **Salary: Base salary \+ Commission** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Bem\-mais benefits; * Life insurance (no employee deduction); * Various partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * “Welcome Baby” Program; * “I Recommend Roma” Program; * SESC partnership offering access to theaters, hotels, excursions, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services from Group companies.
