




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer contact (active sales). Issuance of quotes, receiving orders, entering orders into the system (sales, samples, bonuses). Supervision of order progress (pending material purchase, production, and delivery). Phone and in-person customer support. Organization and updating of customer records (files and system). Assistance to management. Administration of website orders. Fullcolors (receiving orders and inputting stages). Customer support for navigating the Fullcolors website. Resolution of issues related to product returns, shipping (delays, lost packages, etc.). Post-sales follow-up (cargo delivery, product approval). Generation of management reports. Participation and support in organizing trade shows and events. Requesting samples from the Laboratory (via SST). Tracking customer approval/rejection of sent samples, registration of new customers (system). Verification of customer credit. Preliminary technical support to customers or forwarding technical inquiries to the Laboratory. Coordination with the Marketing department for organization and maintenance of sales materials.
