We are seeking an **Internal Sales Consultant** to work at our **Campo Grande/RJ** unit. **About the position:** The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for **serving in-person customers who have scheduled visits** with our SDR team, as well as **conducting online service and sales**. This is an essential role for the school’s success, ensuring that every prospective student receives delightful and personalized service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and serve prospective students in-person and via WhatsApp; * Present the Gourmet Institute’s courses and benefits; * Perform **enrollment closures** and follow up with interested customers; * Achieve sales and conversion targets; * Maintain accurate records and track all interactions in the system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * **No prior experience required**, but experience in **sales of vocational courses or commercial customer service** is a **plus**; * A **communicative, persuasive, and results-oriented profile**; * Enjoy interacting with people and working toward goals; * Availability to work **in-person**. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ **attractive commission and performance-based bonus**; * Meal allowance; * Ongoing training and continuous support; * Real opportunities for professional growth; * A motivating and collaborative environment; * The chance to be part of a nationally recognized brand in the gastronomy sector.
