




**Responsibilities:** * Assignment of team activities and priorities; * Demand mapping and product recommendation; * Technical support and project alignment; * Technical assistance and equipment inspection; * Inventory control of materials and parts; * Reporting of interventions, assemblies, and replacements; * Interface with Finance and clients; * People management: hiring, performance evaluation, and promotions; * Support in preparing the annual budget. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Practical experience: industrial equipment maintenance and installation, and team leadership; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * General knowledge: industrial maintenance, mechanics, and welding; * Driver’s license category B; * Willingness to travel.
