




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** **User Support and Assistance** * Provide second-level technical support (Service Desk). * Train users on system usage and best IT practices. * Follow manuals, support materials, and keep the knowledge base updated. * Produce technical reports and service indicators. **Infrastructure and Networks** * Assist in managing IT infrastructure (physical and virtualized servers). * Monitor networks, links, servers, and backup systems. * Administer services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, email, and file sharing. * Maintain information security policies (firewall, antivirus, access control). **Systems and Automation** * Maintain and update internal and external systems. * Develop scripts and automation routines. * Document processes, procedures, and configurations. **Asset and Vendor Management** * Control equipment inventory and software licenses. * Monitor IT vendor contracts. * Manage user access and permissions. **Planning and Strategy** * Participate in strategic planning for the IT department. * Evaluate and propose technological innovations. **Governance and Security** * Ensure compliance with internal policies and information security standards. * Perform backup routines, access control, and threat protection. * Support internal and external IT audits. **4. Technical Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Network, server, firewall, and virtualization infrastructure. * Windows and Linux operating systems. * ITIL and service best practices. * Monitoring and asset management tools. * Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus. **5.
