Responsibilities and Duties Assist with labor legislation and the company’s legal obligations Handle general employee onboarding and offboarding Calculate and manage employee benefits Analyze and update employee information Monitor vacation accrual periods and calculate vacation entitlements Perform adjustments and monitor attendance records Analyze and process various payments Analyze and submit required information to government agencies Manage employee movement records Purchase transportation vouchers Requirements and Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Technology, Executive Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Law, or Management Processes Technology. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Executive Secretarial Studies, Law, or Management Processes. Accounting technician certification.
