Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance, construction, and project activities, optimizing resources and proposing improvements. Optimization of resources and proposal of process improvements **Job Responsibilities** 1\) Define maintenance requirements according to the schedule; 2\) Specify material, human, and time resources required to execute maintenance and/or activities per scope; 3\) Issue work orders and RDOs (Reports of Deviations/Obstacles); 4\) Quantify maintenance and construction demand per period; 5\) Analyze maintenance, project, and construction capacity based on available resources; 6\) Develop maintenance, project, and construction schedules; 7\) Adjust planning routines; 8\) Schedule maintenance and interventions according to scope requirements; 9\) Participate in multidisciplinary teams for decision-making; 10\) Identify general procurement needs per maintenance and project routines; 11\) Record material, consumable, and equipment inflows and outflows; 12\) Define safety stock levels for each maintenance and project item; 13\) Request supplies (consumables, materials, etc.) via system; 14\) Establish control parameters (indicators and KPIs); and 15\) Propose process improvements. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Minimum education: High School Diploma or Completed Technical Education; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus * Computer literacy: Internet, Microsoft Office suite, Windows (XP Professional, 7, 8, Vista); * Basic and advanced MS Project; * Training in Maintenance Planning and Control; **Soft Skills** * Dynamism, critical thinking, and creativity; * Ability to manage adverse situations and work collaboratively in teams; * Capacity to handle challenging deadlines; * Leadership and assertiveness.
