Proficiency in Excel and ERP Totvs Accounting Analyst Position Description: We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheet analysis, account reconciliation, staying updated with legislation, and other related accounting activities. Responsibilities: * Prepare financial statements; * Analyze balance sheets and accounting reports; * Perform account reconciliations; * Participate in the preparation of ancillary obligations, such as ECD and ECF; * Handle tax calculations; * Maintain organized accounting documentation and files. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proven experience in the accounting field; * Knowledge of tax legislation; * Familiarity with accounting systems is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel; * Proficiency in ERP Totvs; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
