Develop event planning and pedagogical calendars **Join us and become part of the CCAA team.** **Teaching Coordinator \- CCAA – ITAGUAI** **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate the pedagogical department of a school; * Recruit, select, and train teachers; * Manage all administrative aspects related to the pedagogical department; * Manage teachers; * Hold meetings with the teaching staff to monitor classes; * Develop reinforcement activities; * Update systems, spreadsheets, and generate reports; * Conduct parent meetings and student monitoring; * Direct contact with parents, students, and guardians to monitor performance, absences, homework submission, and report cards; * Develop event planning and pedagogical calendars; * Participate in courses and training sessions provided by the franchisor; * Teach classes for groups, substitute lessons, make-up classes, reinforcement sessions, demonstration classes, and level assessment tests; * Support the commercial department; * Mediate conflicts and intervene in specific situations; * Administer level assessment tests for new students. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree (completed preferred), Advanced English proficiency, and prior experience in the academic field. **Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 / R$ 3\.500,00 \+ bonuses** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted undergraduate studies (preferred) Experience: * Pedagogical coordination (mandatory) Language: * English (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
