Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** * A professional with strong communication skills to convey problems and solutions, as well as organizational skills. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Administering and providing support for the company’s infrastructure, focusing on WebLogic servers; * Developing operational procedure documentation; * Producing metrics and reports on processes; * Providing support for database administration and cloud infrastructure; * Creating and maintaining users and groups to grant access privileges; * Implementing information security systems and tools; * Administering network architecture; * Proposing process optimization projects that lead to improvements in corporate services. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Specialized support for datacenter environments, servers, networks, and databases (Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle); * Management of physical servers; Hyper\-V and VMware-based clusters; and storage systems; * Creation/configuration of virtual machines within clusters; * Installation/configuration of switches and access points; * Wireless network configuration; * Configuration/verification of backup routines (daily activity); * VLAN configuration on managed switches; * Opening/monitoring service tickets with outsourcing vendors (servers, firewalls, internet links, antivirus, etc.); * Managing wireless controller updates; * Managing access point updates; * Managing server operating system updates; * Managing antivirus updates; * Creating/maintaining updated documentation related to managed environments; * Supporting the NOC team and the client’s specialists; * Creating/managing/maintaining MS SQL Server and Oracle database instances; * Escalating issues to responsible support teams. **Nice-to-have:** * Intermediate English proficiency. **Working hours:** * ****Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. * Work model: 100% on-site. * Workplace: Valinhos, São Paulo\-SP. **NOTE:** Hey!
