We are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—ensuring Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize daily internal and external customer ticket workflows and validate maintenance service orders; * Serve as a facilitator across Security, Facilities, E&C (Electrical & Construction), EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and Customer Services—managing access authorizations, overseeing third-party activities, and supporting building custodial management; * Coordinate with PCM (Project Control Management) to review scheduled preventive maintenance and active contracts; * Attend cadence meetings with Customer Service; * Manage site assets and inventory; * Collaborate with Shared Operations; * Develop, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), MOPs (Maintenance Operating Procedures), and EOPs (Emergency Operating Procedures); * Develop technical reports on infrastructure and site improvements; * Organize incoming projects; * Lead change management activities and participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB); * Attend weekly meetings with the customer. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Technical degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Mechanics; * Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or Systems Engineering; * Technical English proficiency for documentation development and customer communication; * 2–3 years of experience in mission-critical environments. **Additional Information** *This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)* **Our Benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing Plan); Dental Plan; Health Insurance; Meal and Food Allowance via Flash Card—R$1,250.00 per month; Private Pension Plan (for eligible positions); Employee Loan Program; Life Insurance; Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Birthday Day Off—one paid day off during your birth month; Professional Development: Scala Academy, Language Program, LinkedIn Learning.
