Benefits: * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance (Co-payment Plan) * Dental Insurance * TotalPass Responsibilities: * Organize, maintain, and manage the central project document repository (both physical and electronic), including plans, reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and project charters. * Assist in preparing and formatting reports, presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and project status dashboards for management and stakeholders. * Monitor and track time entries (timesheets) and resource utilization according to the department’s methodology (ECP). * Assist the General Manager in using project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Trello, JIRA, PMO software). * Ensure project documentation complies with departmental standards and established methodology (ECP). * Support the creation of templates, forms, and checklists for standardization. * Monitor project budgets (budget), assist in cost and expense control, and record purchase orders or payments. * Support data collection for forecasting (spending projections) and tracking of capex/opex. * Schedule, organize, and provide secretarial support for meetings (e.g., status meetings, kick-offs), including room reservations and minute-taking. * Draft internal communications (emails, memoranda) regarding project status and changes. * Manage leadership’s calendar, when required.

Your activities include executing merchandising actions, such as implementing promotional materials and negotiating shelf space, aiming to boost sales and strengthen the brand. Additionally, you must ensure compliance with the planogram, maintain appropriate pricing, and guarantee correct brand presentation at the point of sale.
