Problem resolution and integration with internal teams * Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitiveness and innovation in procurement. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers, always seeking optimal cost\-benefit opportunities. * Analyze procurement reports, key performance indicators, and consumption data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. * Utilize Office suite tools, especially Excel, for purchase order management, cost analysis, and report generation. * Maintain clear and objective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across procurement processes. * Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and planning departments to ensure seamless integration of the supply process. * Resolve issues related to delays, non-conformities, or item unavailability by proposing agile and effective solutions.
