Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for monitoring market trends, negotiating with suppliers, and analyzing data to optimize procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Integration with various departments for the procurement process * Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitiveness and innovation in procurement. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with suppliers to consistently secure optimal cost\-benefit opportunities. * Analyze procurement reports, key performance indicators, and consumption data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for purchase order management, cost analysis, and report generation. * Maintain clear and objective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across procurement processes. * Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and planning departments to ensure seamless integration of the procurement process. * Resolve issues related to delays, non-conformities, or item unavailability by proposing prompt and effective solutions.
