Opportunity to develop new team members Provide customer service by delivering reliable advice and excellent service to store customers, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, offering technical consultation as needed, with a service attitude that exceeds customer expectations. In addition to performing sales, assist in managing product displays to ensure store appearance and cleanliness. Support cash register operations and assist other AutoZoners, including assuming full responsibility for the store in the manager's absence. * Assist the Store Manager in store management; * Help develop new AutoZoners; * Deliver specialized customer service; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to promote sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure processes and documentation related to sales, pricing, and physical inventory counts; * Assist less technically experienced colleagues in making correct sales; * High school diploma or equivalent; * Experience in leadership and goal achievement; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic level) preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
