The professional will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, optimizing sales routines, guaranteeing excellent customer service, as well as managing inventory and product display. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and motivate the sales team, conducting training and development initiatives. * Ensure restocking and organization of perishable and disposable products (packaging, fresh food, etc.). * Identify opportunities for increasing sales and customer loyalty. * Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and minimize waste (especially with perishables). * Prepare sales reports and commercial action plans. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor/salesperson in retail; experience in disposables, perishables, or food will be an advantage. * Knowledge of team management and sales operations. * Familiarity with POS systems and inventory control. * Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills. * Organizational ability to manage expiration dates and frequent restocking. * High school diploma. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2800 * Transportation allowance * Ifood Benefits (20.00\) per day * Health insurance Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
