Your role is to lead your team in pursuit of optimal results, operating daily to ensure the team follows directives while evaluating deliverables and opportunities arising from regional challenges. Responsibilities and Duties \* Monitor performance results and manage the sales team; \* Organize and monitor individual and team sales; \* Govern team sales KPIs and track the status of these sales; \* Define sales routes and strategies; \* Monitor and ensure the quality of sales executed by the sales team; \* Maintain contact with store staff to ensure smooth coordination with the cashier area; \* Provide feedback to the sales team; \* Conduct daily alignment meetings to review results and progress toward targets; \* Lead and motivate the customer service team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment; \* Hold regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvements; Join our team!
