




Position Summary Responsible for driving revenue through **direct sales** in strategic accounts and **commercial process optimization**, ensuring sales funnel efficiency and intelligent use of data. Key Responsibilities * **Direct Sales:** Actively engage in closing major deals and high-complexity negotiations. * **Process Optimization:** Map, improve, and standardize the sales funnel to maximize conversion rates. * **Performance Analysis:** Generate *insights* from data and KPIs, ensuring CRM integrity and strategic utilization. * **Strategic Support:** Develop tools and materials to elevate the commercial team's execution level. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. * **Proven experience in Direct Sales (closing) and management/optimization of Sales Processes.** * Strong **analytical** skills (Excel/BI) and proficiency in **CRM**. * Track record of **meeting targets** and excellent negotiation abilities.
