Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional facilitation A technology company is seeking a Strategic Project Manager in São João de Meriti. **Responsibilities:** Orchestrate deliveries in highly complex environments involving multiple technical teams. Collaborate closely with telecom, security, infrastructure, DevOps, platform, and SRE teams. Manage demand-pull flow, ensuring appropriate demand prioritization. Prioritize multiple technical dependencies considering impacts and risks. Monitor and analyze metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, WIP aging, velocity, and predictability. Make data-driven decisions, balancing urgency, strategy, and team productivity. Support demand organization and control, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders. Act as a facilitator for communication and mediation between technical and business areas.
