This role goes far beyond sales or routine administrative tasks. The manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence throughout the entire customer journey—from the first contact through to the completion of the swimming pool installation project. Post-sale project supervision is central to this role, as is people management, subcontractor oversight, and maintaining store standards. **Main Responsibilities** \* Consultative sales of swimming pools and leisure projects \* Coordination and supervision of installation projects \* Relationship management and billing of third-party installers \* Management of internal team members \* Basic administrative organization of operations \* Ensuring the store remains clean, well-organized, and consistently meets impeccable presentation standards The store must reflect the FIBER brand standard.
