Complete High School (technical level), demonstrate technical observation ability, ethics; teamwork; demonstrate discernment, negotiation, communication skills, and proactive attitude. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Support supervision in activities carried out by the department 2\. Investigate and analyze all incidents / accidents 3\. Train employees in HSE 4\. Implement Safety, Health and Environment programs, standards and procedures 5\. Analyze and monitor high-risk activities 6\. Determine preventive and corrective measures 7\. Distribute PPE for high-risk activities 8\. Monitor training sessions and meetings of Fire Brigade, CIPA and Environmental committees 9\. Implement prevention methodologies applied to incident / accident prevention 10\. Implement Environmental / Safety / Occupational Health procedures 11\. Inspect operational facilities / buildings, applying continuous improvement programs in HSE 12\. Contribute to the development and dissemination of preventive materials to all business unit employees 13\. Participate in safety talks as a facilitator 14\. Support management in preparing the site for scheduled audits by internal and/or external clients 15\. Conduct training sessions 16\. Monitor indicators 17\. Follow up internal audits and client audits 18\.
