Cylinder Verification:** Includes physical inspection of new and returned cylinders and bundles, such as: annual hydrostatic testing or tube accessories, painting, valves, caps, etc. Check the structural condition of bundles and manifolds, and separate cylinders and bundles ready for filling from those requiring maintenance. **2\. Cylinder Maintenance:** * Inspect cylinder treatment equipment—such as the hydrostatic test machine, dryer, painting equipment, and oven—prior to operation, ensuring safety and proper functionality. * Perform leak testing on cylinders or valves before installation using soapy water. * Paint cylinders according to governmental regulations and standards. * Conduct cylinder testing using the hydrostatic test machine per governmental regulations. * Perform valve assembly and disassembly (valving/devalving) following Air Liquide (AL) safety standards. * Carry out drying and vacuum bake oven (VBO) processes for cylinders. * Ensure cylinder compliance with color coding and corresponding gas type. * Ensure correct delivery of cylinders to the filling area. * Initialize the GTS barcode on cylinders after maintenance. **3\. Cylinder Accessories:** Replace defective accessories. Install caps and valve types according to gas type and cylinder allocation. Apply labels per product specifications and classifications. **4\. Quality Control Maintenance:** Perform dew point verification per cylinder batch in the vacuum bake oven (VBO), as required by product specifications. Ensure integrity of quality across all products.
