Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring excellence in food preparation and service, inventory management, compliance with health regulations, and leading and training the team. Full operational management of the establishment Ensure food is prepared correctly and the team is trained to deliver exceptional service. Conduct training sessions and evaluations to verify adherence to established standards, onboard new employees, and continuously improve the skills of longer-tenured team members. Ensure food and supply inventory levels remain at an acceptable level to prevent waste and stockouts. Ensure all occupational health and safety regulations are followed, both in the kitchen and in the customer service area. Possess knowledge of and comply with sanitary surveillance regulations. Be responsible for ensuring every individual receives exceptional service and consumes products that exceed expectations. Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and provide timely solutions to prevent workplace issues. * **Must be capable of operating all store areas, including kitchen, customer service, and cashier.** Knowledge of industrial kitchen operations Knowledge of plating techniques and sandwich assembly Proven professional experience Availability for flexible working hours Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off Immediate availability required Employment type: Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Applicants must possess kitchen operations expertise, as well as experience in plating, sandwich assembly, and appetizer preparation; please do not apply if you lack such experience, as it is essential.
