Job Summary: A hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support snack preparation, perform kitchen cleaning and organization, and assist with ingredient inventory control. Assisting with inventory control and pre-preparation The hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in São João de Meriti. **Responsibilities:** Support snack preparation, including frying potatoes, assembling hamburgers, and preparing side dishes. Perform thorough cleaning and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. Assist with ingredient inventory control, as well as thawing and pre-preparation. Clean grills, deep fryers, and other surfaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
