Job Summary: Perform post-construction technical assistance, including site inspections, report preparation, assessment of construction pathologies, and team management on construction projects. Team management and schedule monitoring Position: Civil Engineering Assistant (Technical Assistance – Post-construction) Responsibilities: Work in the technical assistance department (post-construction), conducting technical inspections at construction projects located in Nova Iguaçu, Mesquita, Belford Roxo, Guaratiba (RJ), and São Gonçalo, with a primary focus on the Baixada Fluminense region. Prepare reports and technical opinions, assess construction pathologies, manage teams, monitor and execute schedules, and conduct material takeoffs.
