Responsible for analyzing and planning building maintenance, focusing on ensuring safety, functionality, and preservation of facilities. Main responsibilities include: * **Planning and management:** Develop preventive maintenance schedules, supervise teams, and manage the budget. * **Building maintenance:** Supervise corrective (urgent repairs) and preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, security systems, among others. * **Analysis and indicators:** Analyze maintenance indicators to identify failures, optimize performance, and ensure availability and reliability targets are met. * **Root cause analysis:** Investigate the cause of recurring failures and propose solutions to prevent recurrence. * Coordinate with external suppliers and guide maintenance team activities. * **Reports:** Present concise reports on facility status and maintenance performance to management.
