




**Your mission will be to ensure the organization, smooth operation, and administrative support of the branch, guaranteeing that all Personnel Administration, Human Resources, SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety), and general administrative routines are executed efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising internal and outsourced teams, controlling expenses, supporting regulatory requirements, and representing the company when necessary.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support Personnel Administration, Human Resources, and SESMT processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; * Provide assistance to employees, offering support for administrative and HR-related requests; * Manage the branch’s cash fund, processing payments for minor expenses, safeguarding received funds, and accurately recording invoices and entries—jointly auditing information with management; * Supervise and control cleaning, maintenance, security, and reception activities at the branch; * Ensure availability and proper organization of regulatory documents required for the unit’s operation; * Guarantee appropriate infrastructure for hosting internal and corporate events; * Support the Contracts Department by carrying out measurement and inclusion processes for payments; * Represent the company in labor or civil hearings, when required; * Supervise administrative staff members at the branch and outsourced teams, ensuring alignment, organization, and efficiency in daily operations; * Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes by proposing adjustments and monitoring results.
