Job Summary: A professional to work on data cleansing, dashboard creation, recruitment analysis, and routine automation, with a focus on optimizing processes and understanding people. Key Highlights: 1. Support data validation and cleaning to ensure accurate information. 2. Assist in creating visual reports on turnover and absenteeism. 3. Identify manual tasks suitable for automation via Excel or BI tools. **What You Will Do (Responsibilities):** **Data Cleansing and Migration:** Support the validation and cleaning of databases to ensure our employees' information is 100% accurate in our new management systems. **KPI Dashboards:** Assist in creating visual reports on Turnover, Absenteeism, payroll costs, and the demographic profile of our teams. **Recruitment Efficiency Analysis:** Help identify which candidate sources bring professionals who best adapt to our culture and stay with us longer. **Climate and Engagement Surveys:** Support the collection and tabulation of employee surveys to understand the "pulse" of each unit and suggest improvements. **Routine Automation:** Identify manual tasks that can be automated via Excel or BI tools, freeing up time for deeper analysis. **What We Look For (Desired Profile):** **Education:** Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, IT, or related fields. **Passion for Data and People:** Someone who can look at a spreadsheet and see the story of an employee behind the numbers. **Excel Proficiency:** Essential knowledge of formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, etc.) and Pivot Tables.
