Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday: 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Customer service (in-person, phone, and WhatsApp); * Document organization and archiving; * Support in enrollment processes and contract issuance; * Payment and receipt control; * Issuance of invoices and receipts. * Administrative support to coordination and management; * Updates to internal systems. Additional Responsibilities: * Responsible for closing daily operations at the unit, including: * Environment organization; * Shutting down computers and equipment; * Inspection of premises; * Locking the facility per institutional guidelines.
