Daily Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * Packaging Machine Operation: * Adjust and operate packaging machines to ensure efficient and standards-compliant packaging processes. * Monitor the packaging process, observing machine performance and ensuring final product quality. * Perform necessary adjustments to correct malfunctions or improve the process. * Quality Control: * Inspect products during the packaging process to verify compliance with quality specifications. * Record production- and quality-related data, such as packaging volumes and timestamps. * Report quality defects or issues to supervisors. * Maintenance and Cleaning: * Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including lubrication, calibration, and required adjustments. * Clean machines and work areas according to established procedures to ensure hygiene and optimal equipment functionality. * Identify potential repair needs and report them to supervisors. * Safety and Compliance: * Adhere to occupational safety regulations and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ensure the workplace is free of hazards and that all safety procedures are followed. * Comply with company-established norms and procedures to meet internal and regulatory standards. * Production Management: * Monitor production metrics, such as number of packages produced and machine efficiency. * Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets within scheduled deadlines. * Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding packaging process progress. 2512010202191897365
