For us, quality is the fuel that keeps us going. **If you, like us, are driven by water and want to make a difference in the world—join us!** **Responsibilities and duties** **Job mission:** Outsourced operations are responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our client's treatment plants to prevent environmental pollution, comply with environmental regulations, and provide quality water for internal processes when necessary. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Work in the operational area of water and wastewater (industrial and domestic) treatment and water reuse plants, ensuring optimal operation; * Monitor tank volumes; * Perform temperature, pH, turbidity, Settleable Solids, and Sludge Settleability readings according to internal procedures; * Prepare and replenish chemicals used in the treatment process; * Fill out control spreadsheets – daily work and quality control; * Check equipment performance indicators; * Operate and perform minor maintenance on relevant equipment; * Manage and organize the inventory of laboratory reagents, glassware, and equipment, reporting replenishment needs; * Collect samples for laboratory analysis; * Conduct low-complexity chemical analyses; * Ensure organization and maintenance of the workplace; * Keep the work environment clean and organized. **Requirements and qualifications** **Prerequisites for this role:** * Technical degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields; * Active CRQ registration; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in water/wastewater treatment. **What we expect from you:** * Participate in offered safety trainings and discussions; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace and PPE; * Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals; * Conduct quarterly feedback sessions with your direct supervisor; * Apply our values daily, both within and outside EP; * Demonstrate commitment and ethics toward the team and clients. **Additional information** **General information:** **Salary:** BRL 2,098.00 \+ 30% hazard pay **Work schedule:** 2 days on, 2 days off **Location:** Seropédica **Work mode:** On-site **Benefits package:** Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Transportation allowance; Medical and dental insurance; Gympass; Life insurance (immediate coverage); EP FIES (course subsidies); University partnerships.
