Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and resources, ensuring proper infrastructure operation and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain the company’s network infrastructure, computers, hardware, and software. 2. Support internal departments and customers in resolving technical issues. 3. Serve as the liaison between the client department and IT vendors. * RETAIL SECTOR. PROFICIENCY IN MIKROTIK, MICROCOMPUTER MAINTENANCE, AND NETWORK MAINTENANCE REQUIRED. Responsible for analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s information technology systems and resources, ensuring proper infrastructure operation, information security, and fulfillment of user requirements. Identifies improvements, resolves technical issues, and supports internal departments, thereby contributing to process efficiency and operational continuity. * RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE COMPANY’S INFRASTRUCTURE (NETWORK, COMPUTERS, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE), SUPPORTING DEPARTMENTS AND CUSTOMERS IN CASES OF INQUIRIES, ENSURING PROBLEM RESOLUTION. SERVE AS THE LIAISON BETWEEN THE CLIENT DEPARTMENT AND THE SOFTWARE HOUSE AND OTHER IT VENDORS.
