This professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing AI-based solutions that support academic, administrative, and strategic areas. If you are innovative, possess strategic vision, and have hands-on AI experience, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the institution's Artificial Intelligence department; * Structure and implement the AI strategy aligned with organizational objectives; * Develop and supervise AI, automation, and data analysis projects; * Identify opportunities for AI application in academic and administrative processes; * Manage AI tools and platforms (machine learning, NLP, automations, etc.); * Support decision-making through advanced analytics and predictive models; * Ensure data governance and best practices in AI usage; * Promote a culture of innovation and technology adoption across departments; * Lead and develop teams (where applicable); * Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards related to AI use. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience with Artificial Intelligence and/or Data Science projects; * Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and process automation; * Experience with programming languages such as Python or similar; * Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks; * Analytical, strategic mindset with leadership capability. **Preferred:** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related areas; * Experience leading teams or projects; * Experience in the education sector; * Knowledge of BI and tools such as Power BI; * Experience with generative AI and workflow automation. **Additional Information** * **Work model:** On-site — Nova Iguaçu * **Employment type:** CLT Our commitment is to Education and our community.
