Job Summary: Professional responsible for fleet management, preventive/corrective maintenance, fuel control, vehicle documentation, and administrative support. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and documentation support Maintenance Management: Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, schedule services at in-house or third-party workshops, and verify service quality before vehicle release. Vehicle Checklist: Perform daily or weekly vehicle checklists (tire inspection, oil, brakes, lights, documentation, and safety kit / tachograph). Fleet and Fuel Control: Monitor fuel consumption, record averages, investigate deviations, and complete mileage spreadsheets and systems. Documentation: Verify driver and vehicle documents, manage licensing and insurance, and organize traffic violation submissions for driver identification. Administrative Support: Enter service and parts invoices into computerized systems, assist in preparing performance reports.
