Conduct initiatives to disseminate organizational culture among employees and leadership. Carry out recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews. Support training and development programs by monitoring capacity-building activities. Handle compensation, benefits, and labor relations activities in coordination with other HR subsystems. Support daily HR operations to enhance productivity, organizational climate, and employee satisfaction. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
