Collaboration with the team on routine HR department tasks An organization operating in the education sector is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in São João de Meriti. **Responsibilities:** Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Perform payroll-related calculations, including vacation pay, severance payments, 13th salary, and other HR department activities. Issue guides and fulfill labor and social security obligations, such as DCTFWeb, FGTS, and taxes. Administer benefits, including transportation allowance and meal vouchers. Organize documentation required for labor litigation proceedings. Provide customer support by clarifying questions about labor and social security legislation. Assist with other HR department activities and routines, collaborating with the team. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
