Technical Skills: * Development of products and industrial processes. * Regulations and technical standards applicable to the industry. * Project management tools (MS Project, Agile, Kanban). * Cost control, CAPEX analysis, and product portfolio management. * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). Will be responsible for leading the development and improvement of products, focusing on sanitizers, chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, as well as innovative processes and solutions. Acts as a technical reference within the Research and Development area, ensuring innovation, quality, and alignment with company strategies. Will take on the challenge of supporting the area manager, serving as backup during absences, contributing to successor development, and driving strategic projects related to innovation, costs, CAPEX, and SKU portfolio management. * Plan, execute, and lead research and development projects for new products, as well as improvements to existing products. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards. * Develop and review protocols, technical reports, specifications, and R&D regulatory documentation. * Perform laboratory tests, industrial pilot runs, and validations, ensuring result reliability. * Monitor market trends, new technologies, raw materials, and methodologies applicable to the business. * Serve as the technical liaison with Quality, Production, Marketing, and Sales departments. * Guide and support junior and mid-level analysts, disseminating technical knowledge and best practices. * Lead technical meetings with suppliers and external partners, evaluating innovation opportunities. 2510240202201767336
