Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and analyzing field production, managing teams, preparing documentation, and controlling physical and financial progress. Key Highlights: 1. Support in developing new projects and improving processes **Responsibilities:** * Field monitoring of production; * Analysis of contractual documents; * Conducting and attending internal meetings and meetings with the end client; * Supporting the development of contract strategies; * Preparing relevant documentation for submission to the client; * Monitoring documentation related to planning and measurement routines; * Controlling physical production progress; * Team and demand management; * Monitoring and verifying compilation of documents and/or data received from sites using spreadsheets and charts for result tracking and meeting presentations; * Preparing, providing, and analyzing service survey spreadsheets for measuring construction progress and spreadsheets for allocating labor costs based on the established budget; * Supporting the development of new projects, process improvements, and systems to achieve departmental goals.
