




**Job Description:** * Develop, update and monitor physical and financial schedules for mechanical services, ensuring compliance with established deadlines; * Plan daily maintenance, mechanical assembly and fabrication activities, aligning deadlines, resources and priorities; * Monitor the execution of field work fronts, verifying task progress against the planned schedule; * Control activity progress through performance indicators (physical progress, productivity and schedule deviations); * Assist in scheduling maintenance shutdowns, industrial repairs and assemblies, ensuring alignment between involved teams and departments; * Generate progress reports and propose corrective actions to keep the schedule on track; * Interface with Engineering, Planning and Production departments to update data and validate deadlines; * Support technical assessment of materials, equipment and labor required for activity execution; * Ensure technical compliance of services, guaranteeing that interventions follow safety, quality and customer specification standards. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in **Mechanical** (completed); * Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical assembly or industrial construction; * Knowledge in **reading and interpreting technical drawings**; * Experience with **planning and monitoring schedules** (MS Project, Excel or similar tools); * Good communication, organization and teamwork skills; * Availability to work on site. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium or large-scale industrial projects; * Knowledge in indicator management and technical reporting.
