Description
The Young Apprentice will assist in administrative area processes and in organizing the workplace; attend to customers; contribute to document receipt, verification, and filing; assist in typing documents and reports; prepare spreadsheets and file control, among other activities related to their field of work.
**Responsibilities and duties**
Assist in processes within their field of work by organizing documents according to received instructions, verifying defined standards, checking prior precedents or parameters, thereby meeting the necessary requirements for each activity; Assist in internal assessments by gathering data and information as requested by their immediate supervisor, aiming to meet the demands of their field of work; Contribute to preparing spreadsheets and reports, following instructions received from their immediate supervisor, assisting in preparing simulations, performing calculations, and editing texts, as required by their field of work; Attend to customers by identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate department and/or responsible personnel; Contribute to receiving, verifying, and filing various documents, following instructions from their immediate supervisor; Maintain customer records, schedules, and other relevant notes to guide commercial visits and/or related activities; Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thereby contributing to implementing and maintaining normative, legal, and regulatory provisions governing SGI1\.1 SGI – Integrated Management System, covering Occupational Health and Quality of Life, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Social ResponsibilityFORM\-GRH\-107 PAGE2 / 3 Participate in internal events / campaigns / training related to the SGI; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, at the discretion of their supervisor.
**Requirements and qualifications**
Minimum Education: Completed or ongoing high school education, aged between 18 and 24 years, with basic knowledge of the Office suite and some experience in activities related to their field of work. Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations, and certificates): Basic understanding of the company’s products and services. Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes): Organizational sense, initiative, proactivity, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, communication, customer focus, goal achievement, and teamwork complete the profile. Prior Experience (Minimum time in role or related activities): No prior experience required in this role. Teams and hierarchical reporting: Reports to a Senior Professional or Supervisor within their field of work. Specific conditions (non-standard working hours, adverse conditions, etc.): The position holder works internally, occasionally moving around to gather information/documents needed to perform their job. Environmental risks (Health and Safety aspects): Details of environmental and ergonomic risks will be provided through the PGR – Risk Management Program and the Ergonomic Analysis Report, specific to each workplace and business unit, such as: LAI – Identification of Aspects and Impacts, and LPD – Identification of Hazards and Damages. Training (mandatory and development): 1\. For members of the Emergency Brigade, mandatory courses include Fire Fighting and First Aid; 2\. For members of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the mandatory course is “Basic CIPA Concepts”; 3\. For employees assigned to execute or supervise confined space work, the mandatory course is “NR\-33”. Additional notes: I. The position holder operates at an operational execution level, assisting in performing tasks pertinent to their field of activity under continuous guidance and/or following precedents, standards, norms, etc. Tasks are frequently reviewed by a more experienced professional or the area management. A minimum of 1 (one) month of experience in this role—or in a career position within the company—is required. No additional language is required to perform the functions. II. This description corresponds to the full maturity level of the position holder.
