**Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment (computers, printers, peripherals); * Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and system access; * Help resolve incidents and open service tickets; * Participate in infrastructure and IT process improvement projects; * Create internal documentation and technical support procedures; * Provide technical support for Windows/Linux, VM, AWS Cloud, and OCI. **Required Education and Experience:** * Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Previous experience in IT technical support (hardware, software, networks, and systems); * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Basic knowledge of networks, servers, and information security is desirable.
