Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling baggage and cargo on aircraft, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations, as well as performing equipment inspections and maintenance. Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing duties, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, and inspecting and sweeping the floor to collect fallen objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and monitor baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client Manual or dnata's MGO; * Segregate baggage and cargo volumes in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for the correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, in accordance with recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise packaging of cargo and baggage to verify suitability for transportation, thereby ensuring flight safety and the safety of personnel handling them; * Correctly handle and properly allocate baggage and cargo into holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within the timeframes established for each service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment anomalies occurring during operations to supervisors. 2512040202181571374
