Job Title: Fleet Inspector Main Responsibilities:* Monitor and supervise the proper use of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures. * Control fleet usage, maintenance, and refueling, verifying fuel consumption, mileage, tires, oil, and other items. * Conduct periodic vehicle inspections, identifying potential issues and requesting appropriate repairs. * Prepare management reports on fleet status, highlighting improvements and corrective actions. * Participate in vehicle acquisition and disposal processes, providing technical and operational information. * Guide drivers on correct vehicle usage and preventive maintenance. Required Qualifications:* Completed high school education. * Two years’ experience in fleet control and management. * Knowledge of basic mechanics, traffic legislation, and safety standards. * Planning, organizational, detail-oriented, and effective communication skills. * Possession of a Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) Category D. Desirable Qualifications:* Knowledge of vehicle monitoring and tracking systems. * Technical course in areas related to automotive maintenance. * Experience negotiating with service and parts suppliers. Additional Information:* Work regime: Business hours, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM\).
