Requires high school diploma, leadership skills, and fast-food experience. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Team Leadership:** Engage, train, and develop employees during the shift. * **Operations:** Coordinate kitchen production and dining room service. * **Financial Controls:** Cash reconciliation, bank verification, and report analysis. * **Quality and Safety:** Ensure adherence to KFC quality standards and food safety regulations. * **Opening/Closing:** Direct responsibility for secure and proper restaurant opening and/or closing.
